Over the last twenty years, Tanya has worked with corporate, not for profit, government and education sector sectors as a Learning and Development, Human Resource Development and Careers Advisor.
Tanya specialises in designing, facilitating and evaluating Career and Professional Development programs that are tailor made to suit individual clients needs throughout all stages of their working career; from leaving school, changing careers, establishing self-employment opportunities and enterprise through to planning strategies for gradually exiting the workforce.
She also works in a mentoring capacity with employers to support the professional development of employees aligned with organisational goals.
Tanya is committed to lifelong learning and has a range of qualifications. She has successfully completed a Graduate Certificate Professional Education and Training (Deakin University), Diploma Training and Assessment Systems (University of Melbourne), Certificate IV Training and Assessment (TAA), Myers Briggs Personality Type Indicator (MBTI) accreditation and RSA TEFLA (Teaching English as a Foreign Language to Adults) Certificate.
She is a professional member of the Career Development Association Australia (CDAA), Australian Institute Training and Development (AITD), and Australian Institute Human Resources (AHRI).
